The project has a daily treatment capacity of 800 cubic meters and has been in production and use since 2022. The DHP13.5 high – pressure pump is utilized in this project, ensuring the reliable operation of the high – pressure membrane system. Acid – base wastewaters such as degreasing, alkali – etching, neutralization, oxidation and water – washing wastewaters generated from the surface treatment of aluminum profiles, as well as acid – recovery residual liquids, are recycled by category. This project changes the traditional process of producing waste residue after acid – base neutralization. After being concentrated by the high – pressure membrane system of the treatment system, the reclaimed water meets the national discharge standards and can be reused. The acid and aluminum ions in the wastewater react to form solid aluminum sulfate, reducing the consumption of liquid caustic soda. The produced aluminum sulfate meets the national standard for water treatment agents, with the standard number: GB31060 – 2014 Class II.
