The project has a daily treatment capacity of 2,000 cubic meters and came into production use in 2023. The DHP13.5 high – pressure pump is employed in this project, ensuring the reliable operation of the high – pressure membrane system. Acid – base wastewaters generated from the surface treatment of aluminum profiles, including degreasing, alkaline etching, neutralization, oxidation and water – washing wastewaters, as well as acid – recovery residual liquids, are collected and recycled by category. This project breaks away from the traditional process that produces waste residue after acid – base neutralization. After being concentrated by the high – pressure membrane system, the reclaimed water meets national discharge standards and can be reused. The acid and aluminum ions in the wastewater react to form solid aluminum sulfate, reducing the consumption of liquid caustic soda. The produced aluminum sulfate complies with the national standard for water treatment agents, with the standard number: GB 31060 – 2014 Class II.
