On April 11, 2024, at the Tianjin Institute of Seawater Desalination and Multipurpose Utilization, Ministry of Natural Resources, the test of the HEX(S)-83/60 – 5 seawater desalination energy recovery device was carried out in accordance with the test procedures and operation specifications. The inspection personnel arrived at the site with ultrasonic flow meters, precision pressure gauges and other equipment, and immediately engaged in the testing work. Due to the high operating pressure and large water treatment volume of this energy recovery device, the testers, with a rigorous and meticulous scientific approach and a patient and conscientious work attitude, accurately measured the flow and pressure at different test points, and finally successfully completed the testing task.
During this test, data from different operating time periods were measured, and the testing task of the energy recovery device under a cumulative operating time of 2000 hours was completed with high efficiency and quality. During the testing process, all technical indicators of the HEX(S)-83/60 – 5 seawater desalination energy recovery device met the design requirements. In particular, the technical indicators of efficiency and reliability were outstanding.
